Sales Engineer

Key Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Engineer who will play a vital role in developing our customer portfolio and achieving yearly sales objectives through technical consultation and field engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Developing sales in line with annual individual targets and company pricing strategy.
- Visiting customers on-site at least 4 days per week to support and expand client relationships.
- Maintaining a strong and professional representation of ELTEKH by providing high-quality support.
- Ensuring all field information is accurately updated in ELTEKH’s CRM system.
- Participating in weekly sales coordination meetings with systematic reporting to management.
- Supporting customer service initiatives and contributing to sales KPIs such as turnover and client satisfaction.
- Provide technical sales support: Assist customers and the sales team with technical information and solutions.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies: Create strategies for key market segments.
- Present technical perspectives: Work with customers to present technical aspects of the company’s offerings.
- Provide alternative solutions: Offer solutions to meet unique customer needs.
- Develop training programs: Create and implement training programs for the sales organization.
- Represent the company: Attend industry forums, conferences, and events.
- Conduct technical presentations: Deliver presentations to potential customers and technical teams.
- Generate sales leads: Identify and generate new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the electrical or panel builder industry.
- Strong knowledge of low-voltage products and electrical system design.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Khmer and English.
- Field-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to generate and follow through on leads.
- Proficient with CRM systems and design tools (2D/3D—e.g., AutoCAD).
- Capable of managing large accounts, leading technical discussions, and delivering product presentations.
- Strong organization, reporting, and customer relationship management skills.
