Key Role:
We are seeking a talented, driven, and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. This
role is crucial in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will identify
potential customers, create new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Stay up to date with all products and services offered.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Provide feedback to the company on market trends, competitive activities, and customer
preferences. - Register orders in Bonita during roadshows and upon request.
- Maintain accurate weekly and daily planning records of sales activities and customers.
- Participate in roadshows or visit customers in the provinces as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to understand and articulate customer needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
